BlueCheck notifications (email, webhook, etc) are triggered by changes in the order status as it passes through the verification process. Below you can find a table with all of the events that can be used to trigger notifications in the BlueCheck system.

| Event Type                                 | Description                                                                                                 |
| ------------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| edited\_images<br /><br />                 | Occurs when a verification is failed with the edited\_images reason.                                        |
| matched\_flagged\_end\_user                | Occurs when a verification is failed with the matched\_flagged\_end\_user reason.                           |
| <br />matched\_flagged\_id\_document<br /> | Occurs when a verification is failed with the matched\_flagged\_id\_document reason.                        |
| new\_order\_1\_hour<br />                  | Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process one hour after the verification was created.  |
| new\_order\_24\_hours                      | Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 24 hours after the verification was created.  |
| new\_order\_48\_hours                      | Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 48 hours after the verification was created.  |
| new\_order\_60\_hours                      | Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 60 hours after the verification was created.  |
| new\_order\_156\_hours                     | Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 156 hours after the verification was created. |
| new\_order\_204\_hours                     | Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 204 hours after the verification was created. |
| order\_approved                            | Occurs when a verification is completed resulting in the order being approved.                              |
| order\_expired<br />                       | Occurs when a verification is not completed and expires.                                                    |
| order\_failed<br />                        | Occurs when a verification is completed resulting in the order being failed for any reason.                 |
| order\_flagged<br />                       | Occurs when a verification is failed with the reason flagged.                                               |
| order\_pending<br />                       | Occurs when a verification is moved to the pending status - more information is needed from the end user.   |
| order\_underage<br />                      | Occurs when a verification is failed with the underage reason.                                              |
