Order Reasons
Reason | Description |
|---|---|
edited_images | The images submitted by the end user for photo id verification are edited, and so the verification and order are failed. |
expired | The end user never completed the verification process within the 72 hour window and so the order failed. |
male | If AI gender detection is set to reject male users, this reason will be returned. |
matched_flagged_end_user | Only returned if automated spam detection is active. Returned when the information submitted by the end user matches a flagged end user account. |
matched_flagged_id_document | Only returned if automated spam detection is active. Returned if the ID document used for photo id verification matches a photo ID documents matches an existing flagged ID document. |
other | Returned for edge case photo id verifications that were manually rejected for a reason other than the ones listed here. |
photo_matched_flagged_user | The photos that were submitted are the same as those used by a previously flagged end user. This reason only applies to photo_id verifications. |
recognized_photos | Only returned if automated spam detection is active. Returned if the photos submitted by the end user are similar to photos used previously. |
shipping_prohibited | Returned when an order fails because the client has blocked a region for being able to complete verification and place an order. |
spam_email | Only returned if automated spam detection is active. Returned if the email address is triggers spam detection. |
underage | The end user did not meet the age requirement for the order. |
