Cancelling, Refunding, and Restocking Orders

Sometimes customers fail age verification and as a result, their order cannot be fulfilled. If BlueCheck is being used to verify after checkout, this can cause headaches for the merchant as the order has already been paid for. Thankfully, BlueCheck offers Shopify merchants the ability to automatically cancel, refund, and restock placed orders that go on to fail age verification.
To enable this feature:
From your Shopify dashboard, click on Apps in the left side bar and then type in BlueCheck to find the BlueCheck App.
Head to Settings on the left hand sidebar of the BlueCheck app. 
On the Store tab you will see a section called Failed Verification Settings. Use these checkboxes to enable or disable automatic cancellation, refunding, and restocking of orders that fail verification.
