Customizing Your Notification Settings

this page goes over the ways you can customize the notifications sent by bluecheck to your customers during the age verification process setting default notifications if you navigate to the settings page in the bluecheck app you will see a tab titled notifications here you can select which email notifications you would like sent to your customers during the verification process by default all notifications are enabled customizing email notifications bluecheck can also send custom email notifications if you would like to enable those please email us at https //merchant\@bluecheck me for emails, we can customize the copy of the emails you will need to provide the copy the style of the emails you will need to provide us with the html for the email the timing of when the emails send for example for new orders that still need to be verified we can send emails at whatever intervals you would like which events trigger an email notification you can see a list of the evens available on the https //docs bluecheck me/notification event types page sending emails from a custom domain you can send notification emails from your own domain for example ageverify yourstore com in order to do so you will need to add the domain you wish to send emails from to your dns as well as get some information from us such as dkim and spf records if you wish to do this, please email https //merchant\@bluecheck me and we will assist you custom webhooks for webhooks, we can send order status and verification status information to a url of your choosing if you would like to enable webhooks, please email us at https //merchant\@bluecheck me and we will work with you to get your custom webhooks set up you can see more information on the https //docs bluecheck me/webhooks page
