Notification Event Types

BlueCheck notifications (email, webhook, etc) are triggered by changes in the order status as it passes through the verification process. Below you can find a table with all of the events that can be used to trigger notifications in the BlueCheck system.

edited_images


Occurs when a verification is failed with the edited_images reason.
matched_flagged_end_user
Occurs when a verification is failed with the matched_flagged_end_user reason.

matched_flagged_id_document

Occurs when a verification is failed with the matched_flagged_id_document reason.
new_order_1_hour

Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process one hour after the verification was created.
new_order_24_hours
Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 24 hours after the verification was created.
new_order_48_hours
Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 48 hours after the verification was created.
new_order_60_hours
Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 60 hours after the verification was created.
new_order_156_hours
Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 156 hours after the verification was created.
new_order_204_hours
Occurs if the end user has not begun the verification process 204 hours after the verification was created.
order_approved
Occurs when a verification is completed resulting in the order being approved.
order_expired

Occurs when a verification is not completed and expires.
order_failed

Occurs when a verification is completed resulting in the order being failed for any reason.
order_flagged

Occurs when a verification is failed with the reason flagged.
order_pending

Occurs when a verification is moved to the pending status - more information is needed from the end user.
order_underage

Occurs when a verification is failed with the underage reason.
recognized_photos

Occurs when a verification is failed with the recognize_photos reason.
spam_email

Occurs when a verification is failed with the spam_email reason.

Occurs when a verification is failed with the male reason.
