The Secondary Check
Note: This feature is only available on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Volusion, and Prestashop.
In order to unsure that merchant's do not process any unverified orders, BlueCheck verifies each order at two separate points in the order process and then integrates with your eccomerce platform to add additional verification information to the order.
First BlueCheck verifies the customer information during the checkout process before the order is placed. (Except for stores using Shopify basic where the initial verification happens after checkout). This check ensures that the customer is verified before placing the order. However, on rare occaisions a customer will get passed this initial verification.
Once the order has been placed, BlueCheck performs the Secondary Check. BlueCheck looks at the end user information and order id for the order - and then matches the order to the verification that was performed by the customer. If the system is able to succesfully match the order a tag confirming the order was verified will be added in you ecommerce platform. If the system does not match the order to a verification, it will attempt a new verification using the customer infomration on the order. If this is succesful, again, a tag noting that the order is verified is applied.
If however, the secondary check is unable to match a verification to the order or is unable to verify the customer, BlueCheck will add information to the order indicating that it has not been verified and it will not receive an "Age Verified" tag.
