Customizing the Modal

Note: If you are using the Shopify app, please see the Shopify specific instructions for customizing the modal.

You can add your own logo to the age verification modal from the merchant portal:

  1. Login into the merchant portal and then select Settings in the right sidebar followed by Domains tab.
  2. Choose a logo file to upload and save to update your domain settings.

Note: If you have multiple domains, you will be asked to select which domain you wish to edit when you select Settings. You can only edit one domain at time so after selecting the logo image for the first domain, click on the Domain dropdown in the top right to select the next domain you wish to edit.
