Pre-Approve Users for Verification (Merchant Pass)

BlueCheck allows you do automatically approve users without going through verification using the verification type MerchantPreapprovedUser. This should be used if you have already verified the user information and are confident that it is correct as BlueCheck will not verify the end user's data in these circustances and instead will automatically approve their orders on your domains.

If you wish to bullk upload a list of users to be automatically approved on your domain you will need to reach out to [email protected]. You will need to provide a spreadsheet of all of the users that you wish to automatically approve on your domain.

There is a setup cos for uploading a spreadsheet of users of $250 plus $1,000 per $100,000 users. There is no usage charge when one of the pre-approved users places an order or skips the verification process.

You can also approve a user's verification straight from the merchant portal if you have Merchant Pass turned on. On the dashboard, in the Verification Needed and Under Review tabs, you will see a button labeled "Merchant Pass" next to each order. Clicking that button will automatically approve the user's verification. Remember though, nothing is actually being verified when this happens - you are just telling BlueCheck you are OK with the user's verification being approved regardless.
