The Order Dashboard

bluecheck displays a order dashboard both in the merchant portal and within the bluecheck shopify app the dashboard shows the recent orders that have been placed on the domain and breaks them down into various tabs based on https //docs bluecheck me/verification statuses the page explains the breakdowns and the information shown in the order dashboard tabs all this tab contains all of the orders that have been placed on the domain regardless of verification status verification needed this tab contains orders where a verification has been triggered, but has not yet been completed for example if an ecommerce store is using bluecheck age verification after checkout, there we be a period of time where the order has been placed, but the verification process still has to be completed under review this tab contains orders with the 'pending' status in these instances bluecheck has not able to complete the verification with the information form the user and so we are currently waiting for the user provide the additional information to allow bluecheck to complete the verification approved this tab contains the orders that have succesfully been aprroved after the completion of the verification they are good to go failed this tab contains orders that have not been approved after the completion of the verification for example if a user is confirmed to be under age or if a user does not ever complete the verification and it expires
